* Mullingar Fire Stations. Mill Rd. up until 1932. Market House 1932 - 1947. Church Ave. 1947 - 1982. Lynn Industrial Est. 6th Dec. to Date.

*There were 24 Volunteer firemen attached to Mill Road Fire Station.

* Moate Fire Brigade got a new TrP in the early 1950's to replace their Handcart . The TrP was a Worthington Simpson No. T37 Serial No. Y279722.

* In the late 1950's Moate Fire Brigade recieved a Ford Van to tow the Worthington Simspon TrP.

*************************

* In 1962 Moate Fire Brigade recieved a Landrover Fire Appliance CLI 769 and in 1984 they recieved a new Ford /Angloco 111 BLI .Both the Landrover and Ford served at Moate until the disbandment of Moate Fire Brigade.,
